Shipping and Returns

We want you to feel confident shopping with Critical Surplus. Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they haven’t been used, installed, or marked as “Sold As-Is.” If an item doesn’t work as expected and it wasn’t sold as-is or salvage, reach out and we’ll make it right.

  • Eligible Returns: Must be in the same condition as received—unused and uninstalled.

  • Ineligible Returns: Any product sold in Used, Salvage, or Sold As-Is condition.

  • Return Authorization Required: Email us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

  • Restocking Fee: Returns not due to our error may incur up to a 25% restocking fee.

  • Order Changes or Cancellations: Reach out before your order ships. Once it’s out the door, it’s yours.

  • Damaged in Transit? Please notify the carrier immediately and send us a photo—we’ll help with a claim.

We do our best to describe and photograph each item accurately. If we shipped the wrong item or made a mistake, we’ll cover the return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement if available.
