We want you to feel confident shopping with Critical Surplus. Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they haven’t been used, installed, or marked as “Sold As-Is.” If an item doesn’t work as expected and it wasn’t sold as-is or salvage, reach out and we’ll make it right.

Eligible Returns: Must be in the same condition as received—unused and uninstalled.

Restocking Fee: Returns not due to our error may incur up to a 25% restocking fee.

Damaged in Transit? Please notify the carrier immediately and send us a photo—we’ll help with a claim.
We do our best to describe and photograph each item accurately. If we shipped the wrong item or made a mistake, we’ll cover the return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement if available.
