They haven no visible signs of handling, use, or damage, and come in the original packaging if applicable. The product includes all hardware and accessories that come standard from the factory. The packaging may show shelf ware and may be missing instructions or documentation that come standard from the factory.

Never Used In Critical Surplus Packaging (NNB)
Parts from another distributor or wholesaler that are missing the original packaging. These parts have never been energized, installed, or modified in any way and will ship in an aftermarket box. The parts may have light superficial signs of handling, but no signs of use or damage. They may be be missing hardware, accessories, or instructions and the original manufacturer warranty likely does not apply.
Surplus - Minor Cosmetic Defect
Never Used With Defect (NWD)
Parts that show any sign of aesthetic damage, missing non-critical components, or have been modified or marked. Typically the defect is from the factory or from shelf wear. These parts do not show signs of use or installation. The parts are still fully functional and the defect does not compromise any applicable certifications or standards.
Used - Good Condition
Used With No Signs of Damage (USD)
Parts that show any sign of being energized, installed, assembled with other parts, or have functional wear or corrosion. The parts do not appear to be functionally compromised, but may not be tested. These parts are sold as-is and returns are not accepted.
Used - Poor Condition
Salvage For Parts Only (SLV)
Parts that are damaged, dirty, or missing important components. The parts may or may not function, they are not tested. These parts are sold as-is and returns are not accepted. Pictures can be supplied upon request.
