ACH / Bank Transfer

ACH payments must clear before orders are released for shipment.

Wire Transfer

Wire transfers are accepted for large or special-order transactions.
All wire instructions are provided at checkout or directly by our accounting team. Orders paid by wire will ship only after funds are received and verified.

PayPal

PayPal may be available on select orders and is subject to PayPal’s own terms, conditions, and buyer policies.

Purchase Orders (PO)

Purchase orders may be accepted by prior approval only for established business customers.
All PO orders are subject to credit approval and must comply with agreed payment terms.

Payment Timing & Order Processing

  • Payment is required in full before an order is shipped unless prior credit terms have been approved.

  • Orders placed with ACH or wire transfer will remain on hold until payment clears.

  • CriticalSurplus.com reserves the right to cancel any order if payment authorization fails or cannot be verified.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is charged in accordance with state and local regulations.
Tax-exempt customers must provide valid documentation prior to placing an order.

Currency
