Are your products new?
Most inventory is unused factory surplus, open-box, or professionally refurbished.. Each product is clearly labeled with its condition. Surplus simply means excess inventory — not counterfeit or gray market.
What does “surplus” mean?
Surplus inventory comes from canceled projects, overstock, facility closures, or excess manufacturer/distributor stock. These are genuine products that never entered service or were lightly handled.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. All products are sourced through verified distributors, manufacturers, and industrial partners. We do not sell counterfeit or knockoff components.
Do products come with manufacturer warranties?
Manufacturer warranties typically do not apply to surplus inventory. However, we provide our own satisfaction guarantee and defect coverage as outlined below.
What is your return policy?
Unused items may be returned within 30 days for any reason. Defective or field-failure items may be returned within 90 days. Products must be in the same condition received. Custom orders and bulk liquidation lots are final sale.
Do you test your products?
Many items undergo visual inspection and functional testing when applicable. Some refurbished products include documented testing. Testing status is listed on applicable product pages.
Where do you ship from?
Orders ship from our U.S. warehouse locations. Orders processed before 2pm EST are shipped same-day, otherwise the next business day.
